CBC Volunteer Policy

Central Baptist Church is committed to keeping its children and youth, both members and guests, as safe as possible. As a part of our safety policy, we request that a background check be performed on all staff, workers, and volunteers. If you are interested in volunteering with our children and/or youth, please print and fill out the authorization form below and return it to the church office either by hand or by mail. If you have documentation of a prior check within 3 years, that is accepted as well. Forms can be mailed to:
